Playing tennis outside of formal competition is a great way to spend time with friends, have fun, get fit, and polish your tennis skills. Club members and their guests are always welcome at the club, to enjoy its facilities. Courts are available at all times except Saturday mornings during the junior-competition seasons.

A group of social players always come down on Sunday mornings and members are welcome to join in.

Play at Night

For night tennis, you need to book a court (Marj Cox ph. 98274068). You may need a clubhouse key (to access the light switches). Courts are usually available every night except Tuesday night during the night-tennis competition seasons.

To cover the cost of running the lights, a nominal charge of $10 per hour per court applies. Such payment should be placed in an envelope (these can be obtained from the drawer in the small room next to the clubhouse door), and the envelope placed through the slot in the committee room door.

Members are entitled to bring one playing guest per month, and the same guest once every three months.

For each such guest, a $5 Visitor Fee must be put in an envelope with the name of the member and guest on it and the envelope placed in the green letter box at the corner of Court 3, before commencing play.
