Organisation

Players should be at the club at least 15 minutes prior to their match, to ensure that matches start on time.

Players should sign in at the Tournament Desk and will there be allocated a court number and a match
scorecard which will need to be completed and returned to the desk upon match completion.

The schedule provides a limited time between matches, so all competitors need to be ready to play when called.

Due to the number of matches it is imperative that hit-up times for all matches be limited to 5 minutes.

Players have to provide balls for each match. New and used balls will be on sale at the club.
